在城乡融合发展的宏观背景下，探索提升流动人口健康素养与全面推进乡村振兴战略之间的互动关系具有现实意义。流动人口的健康素养水平与乡村振兴战略之间存在相互影响：一方面，流动人口健康素养水平受到年龄、教育程度、社会经济地位等多种因素影响，呈现明显的群体异质性；另一方面，乡村振兴战略通过政策引导、资源配置、组织建设和服务创新等四大机制，有效提升流动人口的健康素养。同时，流动人口健康素养的提高对乡村振兴产生人才支撑、产业发展、文化融合和治理参与等四重反哺效应。基于问卷调查的分析，提出“健康融入所有政策”的协同治理模式、城乡统筹的健康服务均等化机制以及“互联网+健康”的创新服务供给等政策建议，以期为健康中国与乡村振兴战略的推进提供理论参考和实践路径。
Abstract：Under the macro background of urban-rural integration development, it is of practical significance to explore the interactive relationship between improving the health literacy of floating population and comprehensively promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy. There is interaction between the health literacy level of floating population and Rural Revitalization Strategy: on the one hand, the health literacy level of floating population is affected by age, education level, socio-economic status and other factors, showing obvious group heterogeneity; on the other hand, the Rural Revitalization Strategy effectively improves the health literacy of the floating population through four mechanisms, including policy guidance, resource allocation, organization construction and service innovation. At the same time, the improvement of the health literacy of the floating population has a four fold feedback effect on Rural Revitalization, including talent support, industrial development, cultural integration and governance participation. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey, the collaborative governance model of “health into all policies”, the equalization mechanism of health services in urban and rural areas, and the innovative service supply of “Internet+health” are put forward, in order to provide theoretical reference and practical path for the promotion of Healthy China and Rural Revitalization Strategy.
