摘要:

为了提高农业播种的效率并降低成本,设计了一款全新的播种机械。该播种机械通过优化传动系统,确保动力和运动的高效传递;同时,借助设计的执行装置与土壤挖掘组件,提升了播种作业的整体效率。该播种机械具有高效播种、低成本和良好的稳定性,能够满足农业生产中的播种需求。在SolidWorks三维建模平台之上,系统地搭建起播种机械各个部件的数字化装配模型,之后运用有限元分析方法,对移动柱结构的力学性能给予评估,针对底盘系统展开了模态特性方面的分析,验证了播种机械在实际应用中的性能与可靠性。

Abstract:

In order to improve the efficiency of agricultural sowing and reduce costs, a new sowing machine has been designed. The seeding machinery ensures efficient transmission of power and motion by optimizing the transmission system; At the same time, with the help of designed actuation devices and soil excavation components, the overall efficiency of sowing operations has been improved. This sowing machine has high efficiency, low cost, and good stability, which can fully meet the sowing needs in agricultural production.The three-dimensional modeling and assembly of various components of the seeding machinery were carried out using Solid Works software, and finite element analysis of the moving column and modal analysis of the chassis were conducted to verify the performance and reliability of the seeding machinery in practical applications.
