摘要:

埃里克森的人格发展阶段理论对于现代素质教育改革的顺利实现有着极为重要的促进意义。素质教育改革的目标就是将学生培养成为人格独立、思想健康的个体,从而更好地促进他们的成长和成熟。埃里克森的人格发展阶段理论建立在科学的基础之上,理性地分析了人格成长的过程和必经之路,对学生的成长和进步起到了很好的理论支持。目前中国教育现状不容乐观,在学校教育中过多地注重教育结果,忽视了人格的培养,最终导致教育重心失衡,这对于学生的成长和发展是极为不利的。总之,要想将学生培养成为完整意义上的个体,就必须要从埃里克森的人格发展阶段理论出发,找到其与教学的结合点,从而实现对学生人格的培养。本文将以此为重点,结合当前中国教育的现实来研究教育活动的实践途径。

Abstract:

Sven goran eriksson's theory of personality development stage for the smooth realization of the modern quality education reform has extremely important significance in promoting.Quality education reform's aim is to cultivate the students to be independent personality and mental health of individuals,to better promote their growth and maturity.Sven goran eriksson's theory of personality development stages based on scientific,rationally analyses the personality growth process and the only way,to growth and improvement of students played a very good theoretical support.At present Chinese education current situation is not optimistic,too much attention to education in the school education as a result,ignore the cultivation of personality,eventually leading to unbalanced education center of gravity,is bad for the growth and development of students is extremely.In a word, to cultivate the students to be complete in the sense of individual,must from eriksson's personality development stage theory,find combining site,with the teaching so as to realize the cultivation of student's personality.This article will to focus,combined with the reality of China's education to study the way of practice education activities.
