提升农业社会化服务水平是农业高质量发展的关键支撑。基于2016-2022年面板数据，构建了农业社会化服务评价指标体系，对安徽省农业社会化服务发展水平进行实证测度与评估分析。可以发现样本期间安徽农业社会化服务体系发展呈现持续优化趋势，其中，基础设施建设服务和金融服务水平提升幅度最为突出，流通服务与生产服务在波动中呈上升趋势，科技信息服务稳步增长。结合实证分析结果,提出通过继续加大农村基础设施建设，加强农村金融支农力度，培育发展新型农业经营主体，发展农民专业合作社等措施来进一步提高安徽农业社会化服务水平。

Improving the level of agricultural socialized services is the key support for the high-quality development of agriculture. Based on the panel data from 2016 to 2022, an evaluation index system for agricultural socialization services was constructed, and the development level of agricultural socialization services in Anhui Province was empirically measured and evaluated. The results show that the development of the agricultural socialization service system in Anhui Province exhibits a continuous optimization trend during the sample period, among which the improvement of infrastructure construction services and financial services is the most prominent, while the circulation services and production services exhibit an upward trend despite fluctuations, and the technology information services grow steadily. Combined with the results of empirical analysis, the study suggests further improving the level of agricultural socialization services in Anhui by continuing to increase the construction of rural infrastructure, strengthening rural financial support for agriculture, cultivating and developing new agricultural business entities, and developing professional farmer cooperatives, among other measures.
